Are you Over Jenny Craig?

Recent studies by Harvard show that when it comes to weight loss, it’s not the amount of calories that you consume, rather the type of calories you consume.

Americans are steadily getting fatter as a whole, and it may be due in part to misleading philosophies. Many of us believe that if we eat say for example, a handful of potato chips that have fewer calories than a full meal with grains and whole protein, that we are doing ourselves a favor. However, the study shows that the quality of our food has some of the most influence on weight gain and obesity.

My best advice is to eat moderately and exercise. I also recommend being conscious of where your food is sourced from, and avoiding over-processed ingredients. Eating healthy and maintaining a slim waistline are challenging, but worth the effort.
